1. Operational Scope

By placing an order on kitsnculture, you accept and acknowledge that fulfillment is handled via third-party dropshipping suppliers. Prices shown are final in Indian Rupees (INR) and include all applicable standard shipping charges.

2. Manual UPI Payment & Audit

Payment verification is manual. Uploading a false, fabricated, or duplicate payment proof will result in immediate cancellation and permanent blacklisting of the customer's contact details.

3. Cancellation & Returns Gate

All sales are final once dispatched. There is strictly NO REFUND and NO RETURN after package dispatch or delivery. Order cancellations are permitted exclusively before shipment occurs (while status is Paid/Confirmed or Processing).

4. Non-Affiliation Notice

kitsnculture does not claim official manufacturing licensing or brand sponsorship from adidas or any associated football clubs. Products are commercial fan editions curated for supporters.
