Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Fulfillment & Reseller Model

kitsnculture operates as an independent curator and reseller. Orders are fulfilled directly via verified third-party reseller and dropshipping partners (including supplier partner warehouses). Standard handling and processing time is 2 to 4 business days before handover to domestic delivery partners.

2. Payment Method & No-COD Policy

kitsnculture does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid in full via Unified Payments Interface (UPI) outside the site, followed by valid screenshot proof and transaction reference submission. Orders are confirmed only after manual operator verification.

3. Strict No-Refund & No-Return Policy

Due to our third-party fulfillment and dropshipping operations, we enforce a strict NO REFUND and NO RETURN policy once an order has been dispatched or received.

Please carefully consult sizing charts and jersey descriptions before finalizing your order. Replacement is considered solely if an entirely wrong item is received with unboxing video proof provided within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Order Cancellation Window

Customers may request an order cancellation ONLY while the order status remains in Paid/Confirmed or Processing state. Once an order flips to Shipped or later, cancellations and address changes are strictly locked and impossible to intercept.

kitsnculture is an independent sports apparel retailer. We are not officially affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by adidas, Nike, Puma, or any international football club or federation. All trademarks and club names belong to their respective copyright holders.
