1. Information Collected

We collect only necessary delivery coordinates: recipient name, delivery address, postal PIN, phone number, and email address. We do not store sensitive payment credentials, credit cards, or banking passwords; UPI transactions occur externally.

2. Fulfillment Sharing

Delivery addresses and contact numbers are transmitted securely to delivery and reseller fulfillment partners exclusively to ensure consignment routing.

3. Payment Proof Storage

Uploaded verification screenshots are stripped of EXIF metadata, re-saved under secured storage roots, and accessible solely to authorized store operators during manual verification audits.
